Bigbangram Reviews: Is It Safe? Pricing and Risks

Bigbangram reviews usually ask the same thing: is this Instagram automation service still running, and is it safe for your account? This review sets out what Bigbangram’s own pages say as of 21 October 2026, where those pages disagree with each other, and what the risks are.

We do desk research only. We did not sign up for, pay for or run Bigbangram, so everything below comes from Bigbangram’s public pages and from the independent sources listed at the end, all read on 21 October 2026.

Quick answer: Bigbangram’s website is online and its terms still describe an Instagram bot that likes, follows, unfollows, watches stories and comments for you. Those terms say you must give the service your Instagram username and password, and they warn of “a risk of losing your Instagram account”. We could not find a current price list on the pages we read, so we cannot confirm what a plan costs today.

Status: active (site live, terms current). Price from: a $1 three-day trial is mentioned in the terms; plan prices not confirmed. Safety: password required, risk of action blocks.

Checklist for Bigbangram on 21 October 2026: site active, password required, trial but plan prices unclear, non-refundable, account risk, unclear operator.
Bigbangram's own terms warn of a risk of losing your Instagram account.

What Bigbangram is

Bigbangram is a website that combines free Instagram utilities with a paid Instagram automation bot. It belongs in our Automation & Bots category. The free side includes downloaders for Instagram photos, videos, IGTV, stories and profiles, plus Facebook and TikTok video downloaders, a hashtag generator and a font generator. The paid side is a bot that acts on your account.

The terms of service name the operator as Wiseway SIA, registered in Riga, Latvia. The About page does not name a company. It lists a Wilmington, Delaware address, a support email and a team of ten named people. The same page gives conflicting staff numbers: 8 experts in one place and 37 professionals in another. It also claims more than 27,000 users and “7 years on the digital market” while some footers are dated 2022. These are the company’s own statements and we have not verified them.

Our earlier coverage of Bigbangram dates from 2019. Prices, features and the site itself have changed since, so this page replaces it.

How Bigbangram works

According to Bigbangram’s Instagram bot page, the bot is “an automation tool that acts like a human”: it likes, follows, unfollows, watches stories and comments on a target audience. You pick targets, such as hashtags and locations, and the bot works on your behalf while you are offline. Our Stim Social review covers a service that automates follows and welcome messages in a similar way.

The terms spell out what the service needs from you: your Instagram username and password, used to reach Instagram through an unofficial route. They say the password is not stored, given away or passed to third parties. The same section says the system is unofficial and not approved by Instagram. The signup page itself asks only for an email address and a Bigbangram password, with a checkbox for the terms.

One thing is unclear. The Instagram Promotion page points visitors to a third-party service for its bot and scheduled-posting modules, and the links to that service appear to carry a referral parameter. Meanwhile the About page and the terms present the bot as Bigbangram’s own. We could not establish from public pages which company runs the automation in practice, so ask support before you hand over any login.

Features

These are the features named on Bigbangram’s pages, not a list of what we have used.

Instagram bot

  • Auto-likes, follows and unfollows
  • Story viewing and comments on a target audience
  • Targeting by hashtags and locations (the About page mentions 14 settings and filters)

Free tools

  • Instagram downloaders for photos, videos, IGTV, stories and profiles
  • Facebook and TikTok video downloaders
  • Hashtag generator, listed as free for three uses with part of the results hidden
  • Font generator, story viewer and a profile viewer for private accounts

Other listed modules

  • Scheduled posting
  • Direct message tools and comment tracking (see our Instagram DM tips)
  • Hashtag trends, an Instagram search tool and a profile analyzer, described as free

The old post described a free proxy for three or more accounts, a “40 to 50 followers a day” figure and a 40% click-through claim. None of these appears on the pages we read, so we do not repeat them.

Bigbangram pricing (read on 21 October 2026)

We could not find a public price list. The pricing address redirects to the homepage, the Instagram Promotion page lists no dollar amounts, and the signup page shows no plans. What the pages do say:

Item What Bigbangram’s pages say
Trial Terms mention a trial “suggested” at $1 for 3 days, with a valid card required
Monthly plan Terms say subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically; the amount is not stated
Refunds Subscriptions are non-refundable according to the terms
Price changes Prices can change without notice, but not during a paid period
Free tools Downloaders, hashtag generator (limited), analyzers

The earlier version of this review quoted $15 a month and top-up bonuses. We could not confirm either, so treat them as out of date. The terms also describe cancellation twice: one clause says it takes effect immediately and another says from the next billing cycle. Ask support which applies before you subscribe.

Safety and risks

Bigbangram’s terms are unusually direct. They say the service is unofficial and not approved by Instagram, that you use it at your own risk, and that the company is not responsible for bans. They also say it does not guarantee any number of followers or likes. The About page, by contrast, says users “will never get banned or blocked”. That absolute claim contradicts the terms, and we do not rely on it. For another Instagram bot, see our Jarvee page, which covers its shutdown.

The wider rule is Instagram’s. In November 2018, Instagram announced that apps generating fake likes, follows and comments violate its Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. It said it would remove that activity and ask affected accounts to change their passwords, and that accounts which keep using third-party apps to grow may see their Instagram experience affected. Sharing a login with an app also makes the account less secure.

For businesses there is a legal angle. The US Federal Trade Commission’s rule on fake reviews and testimonials bans buying or selling fake indicators of social media influence, such as bot-generated followers. It applies only when the buyer knew or should have known they were fake and used them to misstate their influence commercially. This is not legal advice.

Our free Instagram followers comparison sets out other options. If you still go ahead:

  1. Use an account you can afford to have limited, not your only brand account.
  2. Turn on two-step verification and use a password you use nowhere else.
  3. Do not run a second automation tool on the same account.
  4. Keep activity low. Bigbangram’s own page says follow and unfollow automation is “not recommended” for active use because of possible action blocks.
  5. If you stop, change your Instagram password to cut the service’s access.

Our guide to Instagram automation covers the wider picture.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • The site is live and the terms are current, with a named operator.
  • Many free tools that need no Instagram login, such as downloaders and a hashtag generator.
  • Terms that state the unofficial status and account risk in plain words.
  • A low-cost $1 three-day trial is mentioned in the terms.
  • Runs in the browser, so no software download is described.

Cons

  • The bot needs your Instagram password.
  • Automated actions carry a risk of action blocks.
  • No public price list that we could find.
  • Contradictory statements: “never banned” versus “risk of losing your account”, and two staff counts.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable and cancellation wording is inconsistent.
  • Unclear who operates the automation behind the promotion pages.

Who it suits

The free downloaders and generators suit anyone who wants a quick utility and is happy to skip the bot. The bot suits someone who understands the account risk and has confirmed the price and cancellation terms with support first. It does not suit a single brand account that your income depends on. If you want growth options with no password, start with our free Instagram followers comparison.

Alternatives

Services of the same kind include Instavast, SocialCaptain (now called UpGrow), Kicksta (see our Kicksta review) and Combin. All act on your account and carry similar kinds of risk.

Our Instagram business tools roundup compares more options, including scheduling tools that work through Instagram’s official connections.

Bigbangram FAQ

Is Bigbangram legit?

It is an operating website with a named company in its terms as of 21 October 2026. That does not make the bot safe for your account.

Is Bigbangram safe?

Its own terms say it is unofficial and carries “a risk of losing your Instagram account”. Treat it as a risk you accept, not a safe service.

Does Bigbangram need my Instagram password?

Yes, according to its terms, which also say the password is not stored or shared. We cannot verify that claim.

How much does Bigbangram cost?

We could not confirm current prices. The terms mention a $1 three-day trial and monthly billing, with no amount.

Can I get a refund?

The terms say subscriptions are non-refundable.

Does Bigbangram post or schedule for me?

Scheduled posting is listed among its modules, but we did not find details of how it works.
