How Safe Is Instazood And Should You Use It – A Review
There are a lot of Instagram bots promising fast follower growth and sky-high engagement rates these days. Although many of these tools promise overnight Instagram marketing success, Instazood takes a more modest approach. Instazood promises to deliver steady organic growth and real results without the use of bots and fake profiles.
If you’re interested in learning whether or not Instazood is a safe and effective tool for growing your following on Instagram, keep reading! We’ll go over Instazood’s key features and some of the pros and cons that come along with using this tool. Finally, I’ll give you my final thoughts on whether or not you should use Instazood to grow your Instagram following.
Instazood’s Key Features
Instazood offers a variety of interesting features that promise to make managing and growing your account easier and faster. Here are a few of Instazood’s key features:
100% Bot Automation
Instazood allows for the complete automation of your Instagram account. This Instagram bot can like posts, leave comments, and follow other accounts on your behalf. You can also view Instagram stories from users who use hashtags and geolocations that are relevant to your account. Instazood also allows you to automate unfollowing users. With 100% automation, you can maximize your interactions and increase the number of impressions that your Instagram profile receives.
Post Scheduling
Another key feature that Instazood offers is post scheduling and management. With this feature, you can upload photos, add captions, and set specific times for your posts to go live. Instazood can post directly to your Instagram account, so you won’t have to worry about keeping up with reminders. This is a great feature for busy marketers and business owners who may not have time to post every single day. Instazood’s post scheduling feature allows you to schedule an unlimited number of posts so you can plan out your social media calendar for weeks out.
Comments Manager
Instazood’s comment manager allows you to track and keep up with your comments in one convenient place. With this feature, you can mark important comments so that you won’t forget to respond to them later. This tool also allows you to delete and reply to comments and mark them as read.
Auto Direct Message
Instazood’s auto direct message tool allows you to send messages to both followers and non-followers. With this feature, you can send welcome messages to your new followers in order to give them a bit more information about your brand or to direct them to your website. You can also add photos to your messages using this tool. Instazood’s auto direct message feature allows you to send up to 120 messages per day.
Hashtag Targeting
Instazood uses hashtag targeting to identify accounts that are most likely to follow and interact with your profile. This feature allows you to connect with users who already have an active interest in your niche. These are the best accounts to interact with because they’ll be more likely to engage with your profile.
Location Targeting
With the location targeting function you can choose to interact only with accounts near you or in specific cities and countries. This feature is great for brick and mortar business’s who want to interact with users who can physically visit their location.
Sleek Dashboard
Instazood has a sleek dashboard that allows you to keep track of your interactions and analytics in one place. You can add up to 100 Instagram accounts to the dashboard.
Customer Support
Instazood users enjoy access to customer support for help with technical issues. Although their customer support team isn’t available 24/7, they get back to you within 24 hours when you contact them.
Getting Started With Instazood
Setting up Instazood was pretty simple and straight forward. I signed up for the 3-day free trial for each of their services. Since Instazood is cloud-based, it doesn’t require any additional downloads or software. All you have to do is sign up, and you can access the dashboard via your web browser.
Instazood’s Pricing & Plans
Unlike other similar tools, Instazood does not have distinct plans that include a variety of features. Instead, Instazood offers each of its features separately. For Instagram marketers, this can be both a blessing and a curse. If you’re only interested in using one or two of Instazood’s features, then it’s nice to not have to pay for the features that you won’t use. However, if you’re interested in most or all of its features, then you’ll end up paying a pretty hefty price to use Instazood. Here’s a breakdown of how much you can expect to pay for each of Instazood’s features:
Instagram Bot
For $9.99 per month, you can use Instazood’s Instagram bot features. With this plan, you can automate following and unfollowing accounts, liking posts, and leaving comments. You’ll also have access to Instazood’s activity filters.
Comment Tracker
For an additional $9.99 per month, you can add Instazood’s comment tracker to your plan. With this tool, you can mark important comments, delete comments, and reply to comments.
Direct Message
At $14.99 per month, the direct message tool is Instazood’s most expensive feature. This tool allows you to send automatic welcome messages to your new followers. You can also send general messages to both followers and non-followers. The tool allows you to send up to 120 messages per day and add images to your messages.
Post Manager
Instazood’s final feature is its Post Manager tool. For a monthly price of $9.99, you can create, schedule, and delete posts. Honestly, I’d recommend saving your money on this feature. There are plenty of free post schedulers available, as well as similarly priced scheduling tools that offer more features (more on this later!).
Instazood: The Pros
Here are a few of my favorite things about Instazood:
No Downloads
If you’ve read any of my other reviews, then you know that I hate having to download additional software in order to use an Instagram automation tool. I really like the fact that Instazood is cloud-based and that you can use it in any web browser. There are a few similar tools that require additional software. And, most of the time the software isn’t compatible with Mac OS or mobile devices.
Unlimited Accounts
Another cool thing about Instazood is the fact that you can automate as many Instagram accounts as you want using this tool. This feature is great for marketers and agencies with multiple clients. It’s also good for businesses with multiple accounts for different branches or locations. This makes it easier to manage multiple accounts at once without having to sign in and out.
Instazood Automatically Reduces Its Speed
If you know anything about Instagram bots, then you probably know that using these tools is risky. Instagram has limitations in place for how many interactions you perform. If you repeatedly surpass these limitations, your account could be penalized. To combat this risk, Instazood has the ability to automatically reduce its interaction speed. This means that it will slow down its automation tasks in order to avoid hitting Instagram’s limits.
Instazood: The Cons
Here are a few of the things that I didn’t like about Instazood:
Non-Inclusive Pricing Structure
For me, the biggest downside to Instazood is the fact that you have to pay separately for each of its features. To use each of Instazood’s main features, you’ll pay about $45 per month. As someone who’s tested out quite a few of these services, I don’t think this is a good value. There are cheaper and similarly priced Instagram automation tools that offer more advanced features.
No Authentic Reviews on Its Website
Another red flag for me is that their website doesn’t have any genuine reviews or links to real accounts that have used the service. When researching Instagram automation tools, I like having the option to view real accounts that have used the service. Instazood’s reviews include names, but no brand names or Instagram usernames. For me, this makes the reviews seem inauthentic. This doesn’t mean that the tool doesn’t work, it’s just more risky to test out without genuine social proof.
Customer Support
It’s great that Instazood offers customer support, however, their customer support team is not available in real time. Their preferred contact method is an email form, and they promise to get back to you within 24 hours. This is fine if your concerns aren’t urgent, but if you need real-time technical assistance, then this is definitely an inconvenience.
No Manual Interactions
This may not be a con to you if you prefer 100% automation. However, I like to maintain some authenticity and control over my profile when using Instagram growth tools. Instazood’s advice section on its website suggests that you refrain from performing manual interactions while using this tool. The reason for this is that it increases your chances of hitting Instagram’s interaction limits. I enjoy personally engaging with my audience, so this would not work for me in the long run.
Should You Use Instazood?
Overall, Instazood seems to be a pretty safe tool. If you’d like to give its growth automation features a try, I wouldn’t discourage you from doing so. In my opinion, the only premium feature that Instazood offers is its Auto Direct Message tool. The other features are pretty standard for Instagram automation tools. And, there are plenty of free alternatives to the Post Scheduler.
Although Instazood seems to be an okay Instagram tool, it’s definitely not my top recommendation. Here are a couple of better alternatives:
Kenji
Kenji is my favorite Instagram bot on the market. This bot is powered by machine-learned artificial intelligence. Kenji interacts with real, accounts on your behalf 24 hours a day without crossing Instagram’s interaction limits. This Instagram automation tool can be used on any device and with any desktop operating system.
My favorite Kenji feature is HyperTarget. This function lets you select successful accounts in your niche and target their followers. HyperTarget is great for connecting with followers who are already actively interested in your niche. You can also target users using hashtags and their location. With Kenji’s premium (Shogun) plan, you can also select negative keywords that you don’t want to associate with your account.
Kenji is also very quick and easy to set up. All you have to do is sign up and link your Instagram account. Then, you just need to set your targeting preferences and let Kenji work its magic. I have not had any issues with manually using my account while running Kenji.
It’s also very affordable considering the advanced features that it offers. Kenji offers two inclusive subscription options: the Samurai plan and the Shogun plan. The Samurai plan costs $19 per month, and the Shogun plan is only $29 per month. Before committing to a paid plan, you can test out Kenji’s three-day free trial risk-free. No credit card information is required to sign up.
Later
A great alternative to Instazood’s Post Scheduler is Later.com. This tool allows you to create visual content calendars for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. For Instagram, you can schedule both feed posts and stories.
If you only need to schedule posts for one profile per platform, then you can use Later for free! They also have a Plus plan that only costs $9 per month. Both of these are cheaper than Instazood’s post scheduler and offer better features.
Although this tool doesn’t allow you to schedule unlimited posts, you can schedule up to 30 Instagram posts at a time with the Free plan, which will last you a few weeks. The Plus plan allows you to schedule up to 100 posts. Although Instazood’s unlimited posts seem tempting, you really don’t need to schedule more than 30-100 posts at a time. For me, Later’s limits work just fine!
Unlike Instazood, Later is an Instagram Partner that uses the Graph API for publishing. This makes posting to your Instagram account using this tool 100% safe.
