Buzzoid is a long-running seller of Instagram followers, likes and views, and most people searching for a Buzzoid review want to know one thing: is it legit? The company does operate and sells what it advertises, but independent reviews are split, and buying followers carries risks that no seller can remove.
This review is based on desk research only. We do not sign up for or pay for the services we cover. We could not open Buzzoid’s own pages for this update, because its site showed a security check that blocked our automated tools, so the prices and policies below come from an independent review that read the site, and we say so each time. All sources were read on 21 October 2026.
Quick answer: Buzzoid appears to be active and sells followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram. According to one independent 2026 review, 100 followers cost from $3.49, it asks for a public username (no password), and refunds are available within 30 days. Reviews are mixed, and buying followers goes against Instagram’s rules.

What is Buzzoid?
Buzzoid is an online store for social media engagement, one of many in the growth services category. Another we have reviewed there is Gramblast (now Blastup). A 2026 review of the service reports that it launched in 2012 and that Buzzoid says it has served millions of customers. We could not verify either claim ourselves, and the same review notes that the independent record is mostly negative.
One thing has changed since our 2021 version of this post. We wrote then that Buzzoid was limited to Instagram. According to the same October 2026 review, it now also sells TikTok and YouTube engagement. Our focus here is the Instagram side.
How Buzzoid works
You pick a package on Buzzoid’s site, enter a public Instagram username (or a post link for likes and views) and pay. Based on the independent review:
- No password. Buzzoid asks only for a public username or post URL, not your Instagram login. Your account needs to be public for delivery to work.
- Payment. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto were listed on 1 October 2026. The site’s FAQ says PayPal is no longer accepted. Our 2021 post noted the lack of PayPal too.
- Delivery. Buzzoid claims delivery starts within 1 to 5 minutes. Orders above 1,000 followers are spread over 12 to 48 hours, and the FAQ says to allow 24 hours for completion.
- Support. By email, a help centre FAQ and a contact form. Email support is listed as 24/7. The reviewer did not test response times, and customers quoted below say replies can be slow.
What Buzzoid sells
For Instagram, the independent review lists followers, likes, views, Reel views, Story views and comments. Follower packages come in three tiers:
- High-Quality. The cheapest tier. Refills are on request for 30 days.
- Premium. A middle tier with automatic 30-day refills.
- Exclusive/VIP. The top tier, also with automatic 30-day refills.

The refill terms are described inconsistently across Buzzoid’s own pages: one section mentions a 3-month retention warranty, while the tier cards say 30 days. Ask support which one applies before you pay.

These Instagram follower prices come from HowSociable’s October 2026 review, which read them on 1 October 2026. The review says they were shown next to struck-through higher prices, so treat them as promotional and check the live page. Other sites list slightly different starting prices, so expect changes. Refunds
According to the review’s reading of Buzzoid’s terms, full refunds are available within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing support. Fully delivered and confirmed orders are excluded, as are free credits and accounts that broke the rules. The reviewer reports a reply in 3 to 5 business days and a refund in about 7 to 10 business days. The terms also say a chargeback leads to a permanent ban from the service.
Buzzoid reviews: why they are mixed
Our 2021 post leaned on a near-perfect Trustpilot score. We have removed that: Trustpilot would not load for us, and the independent review we read says Trustpilot removed Buzzoid’s profile for guideline violations. We could not confirm this ourselves. What we could read on 21 October 2026:
- SmartCustomer (the site Sitejabber’s Buzzoid page now redirects to) shows a 2.5 out of 5 rating from 76 reviews, split roughly 50% one-star and 45% five-star. It carries a flag, dated 6 November 2023, for suspicious review activity, and many reviews are under investigation or removed. The newest review was from November 2025.
- Common complaints there: followers disappearing within hours, days or after the 30-day refill window, slow answers to refund requests, fewer followers than ordered, and fake-looking accounts.
- HowSociable rated Buzzoid 2.5 out of 10 and “not recommended” on 8 October 2026, based on the site owner’s own order. In a paid test of 500 followers made between February and March 2026, it reports that 91% were still there on day 30. That is one order from one reviewer, not a general figure.
The take-away: the same service can deliver and then lose numbers over time, and the review landscape is full of promotional write-ups. Many “Is Buzzoid legit?” articles that appear in search results read like paid placements, so we give weight to the ones that show dates, prices and their method. Safety and risks
- It breaks the platform’s rules. Meta’s Community Standards on spam prohibit buying, selling or exchanging engagement, including likes and follows. Instagram has also said it removes inauthentic activity and that accounts that keep using third-party services to boost popularity may see their experience affected.
- Followers can vanish. Refills help only within the stated window, and the terms differ between pages.
- Not a password risk, but a card risk. Buzzoid does not ask for your Instagram login, which is a point in its favour. You do hand card details to a seller with a mixed public record, so use a card with protections and keep your order confirmation.
- Chargebacks carry a penalty. The terms reportedly ban customers who dispute a charge, so use support and the refund route first.
- Businesses face extra risk. The US FTC’s 2024 rule bans buying or selling fake indicators of social media influence in some commercial situations. Read the FTC announcement if you run a brand account.
- Bought followers do not engage. Even real-looking accounts rarely like or comment, which can lower your engagement rate.

- Mixed ratings and a review-integrity flag on at least one review platform.
- No PayPal; refunds take several business days; chargebacks lead to a ban.
Who it suits
Buzzoid suits someone who has accepted the risks and wants a small, low-cost test order with a stated refund route.
